Our Process

Expectations

To benefit from DBRF sessions it is most important to set clear and realistic goals up front and to commit to the process. Before we begin with the sessions we will send you a questionnaire inviting you to share your background, current situation and goals. Based on this, we will design your programme, discussing with you the expected time commitment and ensuring you are comfortable with the programme.

Consistency

Our method is based on consistent clear communication including follow up after each session with action points and clear goals for your self-directed work, before the next session. Be prepared to work consistently throughout your time with us, setting realistic daily targets. Be at your desk 10 minutes in advance of the session, calm and focused, with a pen and paper, a charged computer, and camera and microphone working.

Progress

We recommend you keep a daily journal to record your progress and we will do the same. We will set milestones together and the journal will help you keep on top of your progress. We will briefly review the progress each time we have a session and ensure that the pace is manageable. New direction and ideas may emerge in the process, and this is welcome.

Evaluation

At the end of your time with DBRF, we will evaluate your progress and send you a summary and suggestions for future steps. It is important you evaluate your progress yourself, noting your achievements and identifying your next milestones and goals. If you would like us to provide a letter of reference, please let us know in good time.
